This packed event was held at Dock 5 in Washington, D.C. Attendees enjoyed reggae soul sessions performed by the Proverbs Band. Later, DJ MIM made sure the we broke out all our dance moves, playing the latest in R&B and Hip-Hop. Both returned from last year's event.
It is my pleasure to share my gallery of photos and video from the event. And of course, my one on one interview with the grand host of the BOWSF, CEO and creator of Fou-Drè Vodka, Chanel Turner - the youngest African American female to create her own brand of vodka.
If you were in the building and I missed you, drop me a line and let me know you were there too!
